Helping you find your perfect home.
Congratulations on taking the next step on purchasing your very own home! Helping clients purchase a home is my favorite part of being a Realtor. Everyone is different in their wants and needs in a home, in their motivation to buy, in their budget, in their timeline, and many other factors. There is so much to think about when investing in your home. This being said, we will sit down, discuss your goals, and customize a game plan to reach these goals.
Start the process at least 6 months before you want/need to move. Time is your friend, waiting until the last minute adds unnecessary stress to the process.
Shop based on your desired monthly payment, not your max budget.
Get pre-approved before touring homes. The worst thing is touring a home you love, but losing out on it because you weren’t prepared.
When given the opportunity, don’t you always want to choose the better option? How do you know that you are making the right decisions in the home buying process? Easy. Work with an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®). As a first time homebuyer, it’s more than fair to expect guidance and advice from your real estate agent as you progress through the home buying process. I am an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®), and I specialize in first time homebuyers, and I promise to make your needs my priority and find you your perfect home! Many agents are constantly chasing listings because they’re “easier”. As an ABR, I’m a buyer’s Realtor.
The Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) certification is aimed at Real Estate professionals who want to hone their negotiation skills. It is the only negotiation certification recognized by the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR). Many people aren’t aware of all of the common negotiations that are bound to pop up in most deals—negotiations about commissions, requests for repairs, closing date flexibility, contingencies, and more. This additional and ongoing education, coupled with daily practice, makes me an invaluable asset for my clients.
My dad is a 28 year Navy & Air Force Veteran. Growing up a military brat, I fully understand that the military is a lifestyle. When military staff and their families relocate, my job is to understand their needs and timetables, and make the transfer easier, faster, and less stressful. This certification focuses on educating real estate professionals about working with current and former military service members to find the housing solutions that best suit their needs and take full advantage of military benefits and support.
